In what turned out to be the best weather day we’ve had so far in Door County this year, with sunny skies and a high temperature of 72 degrees, several Birchwood Lodge condo owners showed up for the second annual outdoor property clean-up day on Saturday, May 9th.  Guided by our Maintenance Manager Clark Erickson and his assistant, Tom Rush, the tasks of trimming/pruning trees and bushes, clearing brush and winter debris from around the pool and green space, picking weeds, spreading much around the evergreen trees and cleaning up the lawn area, were all cheerfully handled by several people.  The property looks beautiful now as we anticipate the start of another busy tourist season.  Our thanks and appreciation for all of their hard work a job well done, goes to Paul Seeger, Joe and Gail Fox, Glen and Kris Wiesman, Shane and Jaime Lecapitaine, Preston and Lynn Reynolds, Marilyn Christopherson and Ardis Fletcher.  We couldn’t have done it without you!  When you’re up in Door County in the near future, be sure to check out how wonderful everything looks at Birchwood Lodge in Sister Bay.
