Romantic Getaway Package

You’ve been looking forward to a romantic getaway for two in beautiful Door County, but why waste your weekend running errands? Let the helpful staff of the Birchwood Lodge handle the details for you, so you can spend more time with that special someone! Our discrete, professional staff can even help you surprise your significant other. When you enter your suite, which includes a king sized bed, double Jacuzzi whirlpool, and a gas fireplace, we will have a beautiful hand picked flower bouquet and melt-in-your-mouth chocolate truffles and scented bath salts waiting for you. We’ll make your reservation at elegant Alexander’s Restaurant, and gift certificate for $40.00 toward dinner is included.

Package price is an additional $85.00/plus tax added to the room rate.

Wine & Dine Package

This is the perfect package for wine lovers! Spend an afternoon on a guided wine tour for two at Door Peninsula Winery. See the old school building and listen to the success story of the winery. Select the wine you like with a $20 Winery Gift Certificate. Be a guest to a romantic evening of dining at the new Alexander’s Restaurant ($70 Gift Certificate). Snack on goodies provided in your Cheese and Cracker basket, then toast with your winery tour selected wine in your room after a busy day.

Package price is additional $115.00 plus tax to the room rate.

Winter Bliss Special

Enjoy your two night stay in a Premier Suite. During your stay take a dip in our indoor, heated swimming pool or rest in the sauna. You can also relax in the double jacuzzi whirlpool tub or rest near the fireplace in your room before you head out for drinks and a bite at Husby’s Food and Spirits that is just a short walk down the hill from our lodge. Husby’s $30 gift card can be used toward food and beverages. State parks are beautiful and pristine this time of the year. A one day park sticker is included with your package. If you prefer snowshoeing instead of hiking just check out the snowshoes at the front desk.

Valentine’s Day Special

Treat your loved one with a getaway in one of our beautiful Premier Suites. Our Valentine’s Special includes a two nights stay in a whirlpool-fireplace suite. You will receive a $40 Gift Certificate toward a candlelight dinner at the famous Alexander’s Restaurant. After your romantic dining experience, enjoy chocolate covered strawberries in front of the fireplace in your suite. We will provide rejuvenating fragrances for the relaxing bath in your private, two person whirlpool. Come and unwind in the Birchwood Lodge while enjoying a romantic time with that special someone!

Mother’s Day Special

Bring your mom with you as a guest at the Birchwood Lodge in the month of May and receive a 10% discount on the total cost of your room. In order to receive the special pricing, it must be mentioned when making the reservation.

Spring Enchantment Special

Come experience the beauty of Door County in springtime. Though it is a year round destination, the peninsula “wakes up” in spring with a wide variety of fresh activities and adventures to revive your spirit.

While you stay at Birchwood Lodge in Sister Bay, you’ll find you’re just a short walk or drive to shops, restaurants, parks and galleries in the area. Take in the beauty of emerging blossoms and budding trees during the day, then relax later in one of our Premier Suites, which includes a double whirlpool tub, gas fireplace and cozy surroundings. Our indoor, heated swimming pool (with attached sauna) may be the spot where you start your day, or, just the place to relax after your daytime adventures.

You design the schedule for your getaway and we’ll help make the experience more enjoyable for you with a $30 gift certificate toward food/beverages at Husby’s Food & Spirits (just a short hike down the hill) and a $25 Door County gift certificate to use toward the purchase of a Door County treasure (indoor farm markets and flower and gifts shops will be bursting with new assortments of specialty items). We’ll even give you a $5% discount for the two nights stay as an extra bonus for your getaway.

Weekend Getaway Special

Stay Friday and Saturday nights in a Premier Suite, Grand Suite or Premier Deluxe Suite and get $10 off your nightly room rate, and two $20 Gift Certificates of your choice. (Alexander’s Restaurant/ Al Johnson’s Swedish Restaurant/ Wild Tomato Restaurant).  In order to receive the special pricing, it must be mentioned when making the reservation. This special is available for an additional $40.

Door County Half Marathon

Be our guest during your Door County Half Marathon event. You will receive 10% off your two nights stay in a Premier Suite equipped with a king size bed, whirlpool tub, gas fireplace, kitchenette, full bathroom and private deck/balcony. Light continental breakfast is included. Take a shuttle from our lodge to and from the course at no charge. After your run, soak in your in-room whirlpool tub or take advantage of our sauna in the pool area. If you finish in first in the men’s or women’s division, your stay will be on us. If you finish second or third in the men’s or women’s division your stay will be 50%off. In order to receive the special pricing, it must be mentioned when making the reservation.

Three Nights Special

Stay three week nights (Sunday through Thursday) in one of our Premier Suites and one of the nights is free. Stay three week nights in any other type of room and one of the week nights is 50% off. Special is available November 1, 2022 until April 30, 2023.

Saving Paradise Special

The longer you stay, the more you save. Stay longer in any of our rooms and you can get $20 off on 3 nights stay, $30 off on 4 nights stay, $40 off on 5 nights stay and $50 off on 6 nights stay.

Birchwood Lodge Referral Cards

We often get so busy taking care of our guests that we forget to thank you for the referrals you have sent our way. Thank you for spreading the word!  We have an additional way to show you our appreciation for your praise and recommendation of us. It is called the Birchwood Referral Rewards Program.

If you are interested in participating in our referral program, stop by the front desk and ask a clerk for a Referral Program Card. The front desk clerk will issue a referral card in your name. You then give this to a friend, neighbor, or relative that you would like to refer to us.

Let them know that your name on the card entitles them to a 10 % off their first visit to the Birchwood Lodge. The referral card must be presented to us at the time of check-in registration.

Every time a new guest presents us with a referral card with your name on it, you will receive 5% off your next visit! Should you need additional referral cards please contact the front desk at 1-866-854-7195. Some restrictions may apply. This offer is not valid through Pumpkin Patch Festival, Fall Festival, and other recognized holidays. Only one card may be used per stay. Referral cards may not be used in conjunction with any other discount (AAA or AARP).
