Marcia Hoelbroekx, Yoga Instructor at Birchwood Lodge in Sister Bay, will take a leave from teaching yoga classes here after Saturday, November 2, 2013, but she will resume her yoga instruction again starting May 21, 2014 through November 1, 2014. The regular fall/winter schedule of yoga classes will now be taught by Judith Kalb, starting Wednesday, November 6, 2013. Community residents are always welcome to join these sessions for a $10.00 drop-in fee. Birchwood Lodge guests may participate free of charge. Come join the yoga group at Birchwood Lodge. It’s a great way to stay in shape and improve flexibility during the winter in Door County.
