On December 20, 2010, Birchwood Lodge in Sister Bay will offer a special yoga class free of charge for guests of the lodge. Community members are also invited to drop in for this special “holiday class” taught by area resident, Marcia Hoebreckx. If holiday preparations have made you feel rushed and overstimulated, this yoga experience will be an opportunity for you to do some stretching and simple poses for relaxation.
