If you’re coming up to Door County to stay at Birchwood Lodge during spring, summer, or early fall, you might want to take a bike ride in the Sister Bay area and see some of the beautiful countryside near the lodge, and it won’t cost you anything. Bikes will be available for guests to use during their stay, and all that we ask is that you wear a bike helmet and we can even provide that. Bikes may also be loaded on your own car bike carrier and you can take them to some of the other Door County areas, including Peninsula State Park. We’ll also provide a special bike route map to guide you to many the bike routes set aside for enjoyment by Door County visitors.
