Guests at Birchwood Lodge in Sister Bay, Door County will be just a short walk from the resort lodge to the new concert venue in Sister Bay.  Recently, an anonymous donor provide the funding for an architecturally striking concert performance stage.  Wednesday summer concerts and future special performances will all be staged at this exciting, new waterfront concert space.

You’re invited to bring your energy and dancing feet to Sister Bay’s brand new

Waterfront Park Performance Pavilion for the premier performance Wednesday, July 30, 7-9 p.m. with reggae band UNITY!

Enjoy UNITY’s reggae, world, and ska music with a background of the waves of Green Bay splashing the shore and the sun setting over the water.

This concert is free and open to the public.

Beer, Door County wine, Ellison Bay’s Island Orchard cherry, pear, brut and oak-aged hard ciders, popcorn, water and Gatorade as a fundraiser to help pay for the band.

Bring your own chair, blanket or beach towel and snag a spot in the park, next to old friends, or friends you have yet to meet. Please note, the Village of Sister Bay does not allow dogs in Waterfront Park. To get to the Waterfront Park Performance Pavilion, take Highway 42 to downtown Sister Bay, turn left/west on Mill Road (2362 Mill Road, Sister Bay, WI 54234). Public parking is located on both the east and west sides of Mill Road and on Hwy. 42. In case of inclement weather, UNITY will play inside the Sister Bay Village Hall, which is north of the Sister Bay Post Office, and across Hwy. 42 from Al Johnson’s Swedish Restaurant.

Thank you to the anonymous donors for their generous gift that helped construct the Pavilion, and to the July 30 Concert in the Park sponsors: Island Orchard Cider and the Sister Bay Bowl.
