Birchwood Lodge in Sister Bay is pleased to announce that it will be the host site for a digital photography workshop on January, 8, 2011, from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This will be an opportunity for guests of the lodge and interested community members, to learn more about digital photography techniques that will take their skills to the next level. Some of the instructional techniques will include, how to avoid red eye photos, how to take sharp close-ups, how to do freeze action photos, and much more.
Acclaimed author, photographer and educator, Dr. Abdul K. Sinno, assisted by his sons, will share photography tips with you. The workshop will be limited to ten (10) participants. No prior photography experience is required. Plan to stay that weekend at Birchwood Lodge, with off-season rates in effect. Participants in the workshop will receive a 20% discount for their stay. No other discounts apply. You may want to try your new skills with some winter photography in any of the beautiful locations around Door County, the day after the workshop.
