Birchwood Lodge in Sister Bay, Door County is excited to announce that it will be the host site for beginner and more advanced level Karate classes to be conducted in the main lodge building, beginning May 9, 2016. Local Sister Bay resident, Brad Elkins, who holds the title of “Renshi (master instructor)” and rank of 5th Dan in traditional Okinawan/Japanese Karate, will conduct classes at 6:00 PM, Tuesdays and Thursdays. On Saturdays, a class will be conducted at 9:00 am for those interested. Participants are urged to wear comfortable workout clothes, sweatpants or yoga pants. Drop-ins are welcome to participate in any class sessions. Are you looking for a new activity for you or children?
