Birchwood Lodge rates are based on double occupancy, except the Grand Two Bedroom Suite, Village Homes and Farm House. There will be a charge of $10 per night for additional persons age 13 yrs & up. Some dates may require a 3 nights minimum stay and are charged peak season rates. All rates are subject to change without notice.
Deposit Policy: 50% deposit of total amount required when a reservation is made.
Cancellation Policy: Deposit, less $15 handling fee, will be refunded only upon notice of cancellation when received 14 days prior to arrival date. For cancellations within 14 days of the arrival date, the entire deposit is transferred to a gift certificate. No refund will be given for cancellation within 2 days of the arrival date. If the reservation is changed after arrival (shortening the stay), you will be responsible for all of the charges for original reservation.
