You’ve been looking forward to a romantic getaway for two in beautiful Door County, but why waste your weekend running errands? Our discrete, professional staff can even help you surprise your significant other. When you enter your suite, which includes a king sized bed, double Jacuzzi whirlpool, and a gas fireplace, we will have a beautiful hand picked flower bouquet and melt-in-your-mouth chocolate truffles and scented bath salts waiting for you. We’ll make your reservation at elegant Alexander’s Restaurant, and gift certificate for $40.00 toward dinner is included. Package price is an additional $80.00/plus tax added to the room rate.
- Wine & Dine Package
This is the perfect package for wine lovers! Spend an afternoon on a guided wine tour for two at Door Peninsula Winery. See the old school building and listen to the success story of the winery. Select the wine you like with a $20 Winery Gift Certificate. Be a guest to a romantic evening of dining at the new Alexander’s Restaurant ($70 Gift Certificate). Snack on goodies provided in your Cheese and Cracker basket, then toast with your winery tour selected wine in your room after a busy day. Package price is additional $115.00 plus tax to the room rate.
- Magic Delights Package
Stay two nights in a Premier Suite, Grand Suite or Premier Deluxe Suite with double Jacuzzi whirlpool, gas fireplace and king size bed. Whether you are an early riser or prefer to sleep in, enjoy the delights of breakfast at Al Johnson’s Swedish Restaurant ($20 Gift Certificate). Spend part of the afternoon taking a scenic tour of Door County on a horse drawn carriage ride (Advanced reservation required). To relax after a fun day of walking in the parks or shopping, wind down in front of your fireplace with a delectable assortment of tantalizing fondue delights. - Winter Snowshoe Special
Come and experience the beauty of a Door County winter wonderland. Venture out for couple of hours to one of the many pristine hiking trails with pair of snowshoes provided by Birchwood Lodge. Top off your winter adventure with a tasty cup of homemade hot cocoa served with marshmallows and a plate of shortbread cookies. This Special is available with a two nights stay in a Premier Suite only and weather permitting.
- Valentine’s Day Special
Treat your loved one with a getaway in one of our beautiful Premier Suites. Our Valentine’s Special includes a two nights stay in a whirlpool-fireplace suite. You will receive a $40 Gift Certificate toward a candlelight dinner at the famous Alexander’s Restaurant. After your romantic dining experience, enjoy chocolate covered strawberries in front of the fireplace in your suite. We will provide rejuvenating fragrances for the relaxing bath in your private, two person whirlpool. Come and unwind in the Birchwood Lodge while enjoying aromantic time with that special someone! In order to receive the special pricing, it must be mentioned when making the reservation. This Special is only available during the month of February.
- Mother’s Day Special
Bring your mom with you as a guest at the Birchwood Lodge in the month of May and receive a 10% off your total room cost. In order to receive the special pricing, it must be mentioned when making the reservation.
- Door County Half Marathon
Be our guest during your Door County Half Marathon event. You will receive a discounted room rate for your stay in a Premier Suite with a king size bed, whirlpool tub, gas fireplace, kitchenette, full bathroom and private deck/balcony. Light continental breakfast is included. Take a shuttle from our lodge to and from the course at no charge. After your run, soak in your in-room whirlpool tub or take advantage of our sauna in the pool area. If you finish in first place overall in the men’s or women’s division, your stay will be on us. Second and third place overall finishers in those divisions will get 50% discount on the room rate. In order to receive the special pricing, it must be mentioned when making the reservation. - Three Nights Special
Stay three nights in one of our Premier Suites and one of the week nights is 20% off. Stay three nights in any other type of room and one of the week nights is 10% off. Special is available in the month of June, 2013.
- Weekend Getaway Special
Stay Friday and Saturday nights in a Premier Suite, Grand Suite or Premier Deluxe Suite and get a $20 Gift Certificate for Champagne Brunch at Alexander’s Restaurant and an in-house baked, pre made Luigi’s 12” Pizza delivered to your room. Birchwood Lodge, Birchwood Lodge Village Homes and Farm House rates and seasonal dates are subject to change without notice. Festival dates / events and recognized holidays require a 3 nights minimum stay and are charged a full main season rate. In season packages and specials are not available during festivals /events or holidays. All prices are subject to applicable taxes and availability. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Packages are based on double occupancy. In order to receive the special pricing it needs to be mentioned at the time of making reservation. AAA, AARP discounts are excluded from specials. One special per reservation applies. Gift certificates are available. Holidays and festival weekends do not apply. We are designed to accommodate corporate meetings, groups, families.
Referral Rewards Certificates
We often get so busy taking care of our customers that we forget to thank you for the guest referrals you have sent our way. So from the bottom of our hearts, thank you from Birchwood Lodge. We have an additional way to thank you – it’s called Birchwood Referral Rewards. We continuously strive to show appreciation to those who send referrals to us. If you are interested in participating in our referral system, please stop by the front desk. The front desk clerk will issue a Referral Rewards Certificate in your name. You present this to a friend, neighbor or relative that you would like to refer to us. Let them know their names on the certificate entitles them to a 10% % discount on their first visit to the Birchwood Lodge. The certificate must be presented to us at time of check in. Every time a new guest presents us with a referral card with your name on it, you will receive a 10% discount on your next visit.
Should you need additional referral cards, please contact the front desk. Some restrictions may apply. This offer is not valid during Pumpkin Patch Festival, Fall Festival and other recognized holidays. Only one card may be used per stay. Referral certificates may not be used in conjunction with any other discount (AAA or AARP).
