When guests leave Birchwood Lodge at the end of their stay, we ask for their comments on a variety of areas from housekeeping, maintenance, amenities, facilities and staff service here. These comment sheets are never ignored. We often record and compile your ideas for things we can and should do to improve. Once again we are taking positive steps now to respond to your comments with some recent changes and improvements. As of this spring, all of the beds in our lodge guest rooms will have new, high quality, comfortable and much softer mattresses, just as so many of you recommended. There is new carpeting in rooms and all of the TV’s have been replaced with LCD flat screens. Every unit in the main lodge now has a new sleeper sofa, and you’ll be glad to know that all of Birchwood Lodge is Wi-Fi connected. Even our well used snack and candy machine has been updated with a new model that will have some healthier items for selection. So, we’re listening to you and we’ll keep asking you to tell us how, where, and what we can do to improve so that your visit with us makes your total experience more enjoyable.
